Cookies
Last updated: 16 August 2026.
Scope
This policy explains the cookies and similar local technologies used on fiscalrail.com and the FiscalRail dashboard. Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies can store or retrieve identifiers for the same kinds of purposes.
Current position
FiscalRail does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party web analytics on its public marketing pages. The dashboard uses strictly necessary first-party cookies for authentication, session continuity, security and interface operation. The marketing language switch uses page links and does not currently require a tracking cookie.
Because these technologies are necessary to provide a service you request or to secure it, they do not require consent under the current Spanish cookie rules. If we add non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies, we will update this policy and request consent before using them where required.
Cookies and technologies
_fiscal_rail_session: encrypted first-party session cookie used for form security and short-lived workflow state. Provider: Negative Epsilon SL. Duration: browser session. Strictly necessary.

dashboard_return_to: signed first-party cookie that returns a user to the requested dashboard page after sign-in. It is HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax and Secure. Provider: Negative Epsilon SL. Duration: 15 minutes. Strictly necessary.
FiscalRail currently sets no language, analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookie.
Browser controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login or other dashboard functions. Browser controls do not necessarily clear server-side account or security records.

We will update this policy when our use of cookies changes. Questions can be sent to contact@negativeepsilon.com. See also our Privacy policy.
